Deer Diner Feast
Premium Multi-Forage Blend for Late-Season Nutrition and Extended Attraction
The Deer Diner Protein Feast is a carefully crafted blend of six nutrient-rich species designed to provide exceptional forage quality and soil health benefits from late summer through early spring. Ideal for late summer to early fall planting, this mix delivers a diverse array of legumes, cereals, and broadleaves that establish quickly and supply high-protein nutrition when wildlife need it most.
Blend Components:
-
Austrian Winter Peas – A cold-hardy legume packed with 20–30% protein and excellent nitrogen fixation to improve soil and provide sustained forage.
-
Buck Forage Oats – Fast-growing oat variety producing abundant, highly digestible forage to complement the legumes.
-
Winter Rye – Hardy cereal grain that establishes quickly and provides forage through late winter and early spring.
-
Buckwheat – Quick-maturing broadleaf that offers fast forage and attracts pollinators during warmer months.
-
Large Lad Soybeans – High-protein legume with broadleaf forage and nitrogen benefits, adaptable to a wide range of soils.
-
Hairy Vetch – Cold-tolerant legume with excellent nitrogen fixation and high-protein forage, great for fall and spring nutrition.
This blend provides rapid early growth, a variety of forage textures, and nutrient-rich feed that deer, turkeys, and other game find irresistible. The complementary species extend feeding opportunities from fall through early spring while improving soil fertility and organic matter.
